I would highly reccommend this location. The rooms, staff and secure parking area are great. Just a mile down the road there are so many restuarants, shopping, banking, entertainment and much more.
I would not reccommend eating at Luby's next door to the hotel. It was filthy. On the serving line, there was food from the many other food items all over the the counter that had already dried from being there for so long. Was never wiped down. The food items were mixed with each other from when they would serve and spill into the other food items. No customer service to offer more water etc.
Nearby activities: Food and business just a mile down the road.
Safety: Parking is behind locked gates.

Bad phone check in service, bad personal check in service; bad TV, multiple trips to desk to get "re-keyed," bad parking information and a ridiculous EXTRA parking fee (just put it the rate). Booked for a getaway with my bf, checked in around 3 on Friday and went to our room, everything seemed pretty good and the staff nice. Went to dinner and came back to our room stinking of cigarette smoke, called the front desk and they told me I could come and get some febreeze, I thought they would've been surprised at the least cause it is a non-smoking hotel but they didn't really seem to care much. Tv options a bit out dated only cable maybe 20 channels. Everything else was fine, until I noticed bug bites on my legs day after stay, really really hoping a mosquito got locked in our room or maybe ants... anything but the alternative. I'll post an update if we find bed bugs have hitched a ride home with us.
