I've seen several of the doctors over the years, and have been impressed with all of them. My kids also go here. No complaints here!

I couldn't even get in to see a doctor because the scheduling process is so horrible. When you call the main number, you are advised to go to their website to schedule non emergency appointments- so I did. Mind you, there's no way you can actually leave a comment stating days or dates that are interested in coming in. So someone emails" back regarding my inquiry asking only about the type of insurance I had and what I'm coming in for. So I responded. This back and forth went on throughout day (long periods in between) only for me to be told that the DATE I put in the doctor wasn't available for! Geesh! What are the odds? So I politely responded back and said "Can you actually 'call' at the number listed with dates the doctor is available?" Of course, no response. Ridiculous.

This practice conveniently allows you to make an appointment online. However, their follow up emails look like spam-- no email signature, just a text email asking you to send them your insurance information. I was seen by a nurse promptly for my 2:30 appointment. She went through taking my information very swiftly, too swiftly. Then she left me in the waiting room and said the doctor would be in shortly. About 20 minutes later she said the doctor was on her way soon. ALMOST AN HOUR LATER, the doctor walks in for my fifteen minute check up. I nearly left without the appointment because it was so unprofessional. I understand that doctors are busy people, but an update that they were running so behind would have been appreciated. Especially since the practice didn't seem so busy (I was the only one in the waiting room!). I honestly felt like they had forgotten me. Dr Anderson was apologetic and kind, but really the situation was ridiculous. When I went to leave, the receptionist ignored me for several minutes (while I was in clear sight) and chatted with a nurse. Again, the waiting room was empty. I will not be returning to this practice.

Love having Dr. Stringfellow as my main physician and sleep specialist. Everyone at CPA is kind and professional.
