Houston Northwest Primary Care

I feel the same way as this person we use to have great care here. Now if your primary doctor leaves you cant get any help. Everyone needs to see you as a new patient, yet when my doctor was still there they had no problem seeing me if he was booked. So much for getting help from my doctors office with asthma - during a respiratory pandemic. People on the phone have no compassion or care! That is why I got a new Dr.

Dr. Bonnie is awesome. She is annoyingly thorough but I appreciate that because she is not trying to stick me with a bunch of pills or a band-aid. She tries to get to the issue to solve the problem as best she can. I admit whoever is answering the phones needs some major training . They make you want to find another doctor. But once you get into the office it is nothing less than professional.

I started going to Houston Northwest Primary Care when I moved to Houston to marry my husband.  It was where all his family went for their medical needs, so I didn't feel the need to shop around.Hands down, the best doctor in the practice is NOEL M. HAN.  Dr. Han has never made me feel like I'm a waste of his time and I never feel like he's rushing me out the door to make the next appointment.  He answers all of my questions as thoroughly as possible and LISTENS to me when I voice concerns that I have.Absolutely some of the best medical care I've ever experienced and I have a lifetime of chronic conditions to choose from.
