Awesome Dr. And support staff. Never had a problem with them...until now. I have been trying to get a refill for my blood pressure meds. Since last week. Usually, just going to the patient portal and requesting it, gets me my meds in a timely manner. I have now been without them for a week. My husband called and was told that Dr. CARROLL has left. So, in order to get my meds, I must find a new pcp. If I don't stroke out first. It seems like whoever is there would be making calls to his patients to inform them of the situation. For this reason, I gave one star.

This use to be a great place when Dr. Carroll ran it. He is no longer there and it is AWFUL! They wont refill meds. The NP is completely ignorant on LGBT health (ironic since its an AIDS research clinic) and a total scatterbrain. If you can understand her, she would probably sound even less competent. To make it worse they dropped my insurance and didn't inform me until I got the bill. The staff is all new and worse than ever. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes, got hung up on, called back and she had no recollection of talking to me just 20 minutes prior. This place is now run by a bunch of corporate idiots. I used to feel comfortable going there and last time I went I just wanted to leave. Good luck getting your results from labs, they make you schedule an appointment and wont post them on the patient portal. Don't go here, there are many actual qualified doctors out there, especially if you have any interest in LGBT health.

I like the Doctors but the staff and especially the lab that is in house is by far the worse experience . I will be transferring my care to a closer more professional staff

Great experience as a new patient! Staff was welcoming, courteous to my time, and Dr. Carroll was very comprehensive in addressing my healthcare needs!
