This is not an urgent care facility despite the name. The front desk assistant took all my information, including my insurance and drivers license, only to inform me after 25 minutes of waiting that this was a Family Practice office, and because I had Insurance and alreadt had a PCP they couldn't take me. I said, "Isn't this an urgent care facility?" This is when she said, " Oh no it's Family Care, thats just the name." This is the dumbest thing ever and very misleading for people who are terribly sick. I watched her turn another sick person away because she had given her misinformation over the phone. The lady could barely walk. The front desk was unprofessional taking personal phone calls at the front desk, switching to speak in spanish on the personal phone call, like it was a secret language no one can understand. Very poor manner with sick patients. Do not go here if you are in need of urgent care or people who care period!!!
