All of them are liars even the doctor they told us that my mom's medical exams for her immigration interview will be ready and they lie to our faces saying that they hadn't said that. We lose our appointment because we believe in their word. They should take them out of USCIS clinics to go to.

Doctor is ok but nurses, receptionists are so rude. Especially 2 latin ladies.They are making mistakes on prescriptions a lot. They do not listen to the patient's saying. Whenever i make an appointment, I have an issue with them. ugh ....Now I have to change my primary doctor because of nurses and receptionists. Soooooooooooooo Bad people......

VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CLINIC THE MANAGERS IN THAT OFFICE DONT NEED TO BE MANAGERS AT ALL PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT WORTH GOING HERE !!!!!!!!!

Horrible horrible horrible.Was not seen by a doctor just a nurse wich she didn't knw how to answer my question to my condition and suggested I when to go els where. The medication she prescribed gave me fever chills body ache headache. Just a very horrible experience.

Avoid this clinic at all cost! The two Hispanic medical assistance are very rude and unprofessional. They have absolutely no business working in the healthcare field. The NP Sheila Young should not be allowed to practice medicine. She has horrible bedside manners. She’s rude and basically googles medications that she thinks will stick. She never returns voicemails when it comes to patient questions. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard back from her. This clinic is awfully ran and they treat people terrible because this clinic is in a low income neighborhood. They need to bring back Dr. Rudd.
