Welcoming patient with a big smile is very important.Thats what I felt when the staff opened the door.Then the Nurse came & took the Vitals,checked the medication which was current ,asked me about any concerns I needed to discuss with Dr. Rafiq. Shortly after Dr. Rafiq came, aske d me about medications & if I had any side affects, recommended to slowly go up on certain medications to get my Diabetes under control. He personally looked at each medication & ordered the re-fills of needed medications & told me to call office if I needed any help which was very comforting.The in & out service was very quick & prompt.I also got a text for my next appt. I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Rafiq & his Staff.

I was very impressed with Dr Rafiq, he took the time to listen and explain. I wish I had gotten her name, but one of the nurses was really great, very fast and efficient, she was very caring
