After a gym-related injury, I referred my husband to KMW, as I know Micaela and her staff provide best-in-class physical therapy services. After only 1 session, my husband found relief from the injury for which he had seen a doctor and been prescribed two medications including Gabapentin. I highly recommend KMW for anyone seeking relief, comfort, and a good experience that can easily avoid unnecessary medical treatment and follow ups as well as unnecessary medications. Holistic and natural is always better. :)

Happy to share breakthrough news - was in a very difficult place just a few months ago; lower back stiffness and pain, MAJOR sciatica, limited mobility, lack of sleep, depression, and pain meds that made me feel like a zombie. Saw a pain specialist and received a pain block which helped a little for herniation between L4 & L5 (among other secondary conditions due to spinal stenosis) all the while continuing massage at Kinetic. I was recommended a comprehensive stretching and strengthening routine. I signed onto Dr. Kirbo's regiment with the PhysiApp and also purchased a Roman Chair, so I could do all the exercises. Been doing the exercises religiously ever since (memorizing most) and going on my 4th month with NO PAIN MEDS! Kudos to Doc Kirbo and the entire Kinetic team - they genuinely have your well-being in mind!

I've had pain in my neck and the back of my head for a year now. Though the pain is still there after decompression, and surgery, however Kinetic Massage has brought immediate relief. I will be back!

Kinetic Massage Works was everything I needed and hoped for. Its so hard to find quality massage therapy and Micaela did not disappoint. Micaela was absolutely wonderful and her technique is full of purpose and intent from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Micaela to anyoneand already have. : )
