        If u picking up a load with a semi truck then your pick up address is 4769a Eastpark dr. This is the St Jude warehouse and has lots of space for maneuvering a big truck. The address on homestead is the production facility.

        This company has an amazing product. However it's my experience that since the product sells well customer satisfaction unfortunately is a forgone conclusion. I have been trying to reach the sales department for the past 3 weeks to no avail. Equally the staff is all on voice mail whenever I call to follow-up on placing an order. There aren't any replies to emails either. The Receptionist though extremely polite is scripted to say that no one in the office is available to assist.
