Branch manager is very unprofessional I always try to avoid this branch in particular but when I have to stop there Im reminded of why I hate it have to go to the south side branch that will be courteous and professional without a bad attitude

I came in to just close my PLOC and checking account (keep open my credit card). The rep brought the manager over to talk me out of it and she made it very uncomfortable to just close accounts.

I was checking on a problem with our Wells Fargo account and zelle and Fred Carter was the most in sincere and unprofessional banker, said he was aware of my husband and made a comment about a situation that happened to my husband and then proceeded to say that he was not tech savy. I could have said he was not professional or friendly but I did not and that is his business to try and help clients who have accounts there. In a time where we are going to wiring money and not writing checks any more. I would think that Wells Fargo would be a little more sincere about helping their clients apparently not Fred Carter.
