Cynthia Basaldua, MD

If any good had come out of this COVID pandemic, it is highlighting our need for human connection, and that I have found with Dr. Cynthia Basaldua and her healing hands. It was extremely hard to go through a diagnosis of COVID myself, much more, your entire family, and on top of it all dealing with losses, ptsd, and grief. Dr. Basaldua was a beacon of hope for me and my family. She was there and treated us medically, more importantly, she cared and was always accepting and was ready to listen despite the changing landscape of healthcare where they had to see so many patients. Working with her is Hazel Chase, RN. She is competent, a good communicator, and kind. In this day and age, where we have to check off and stay on tasks, Hazel takes time to listen and offer empathy. So despite that this Kelsey-Seybold location is not the closest to my home, I do not mind the drive because I don't think I will find other clinicians as excellent, effective, and kind than these two. And I'm sure there are a lot of good clinicians out there, however, I am very happy and content with them.

I have been with Dr Basaldua (Dr B) for quite sometime. The most important thing I like about Dr B is that she LISTENS. No matter how I try to tell her how to do her job, she's patient with me and takes into consideration what I am saying and allows me to be a part of my treatment plan. She has an EXCELLENT "bedside" manner. I always feel better when I see her even before I start the plan One of the best at Kelsey!!!!!

Dr Balsuda has been my doctor for 21 years. She has keep me in good health. What ever u see her for she makes you feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. She’s a wonderful caring Doctor
