Dr. Yao killed my father. He prescribed unnecessary drugs (both OTC and prescription Nexium) without waiting the full recommended time period between taking medications and without giving him any warning of potential consequences. He was healthy and died only four days after taking the prescribed medication, which has been recalled and has multiple class action lawsuits. He is grossly negligent and irresponsible.

We have been visiting this office for Medicare annual exam. We have not had problems with Dr. Yao's prescription or diagnosis. He has been friendly and caring, and asked good questions in my opinion. That is why we keep coming back. The office is clean and with safety precautions. We could keep 6 feet distance during the visit. We wore masks and used the available hand sanitizer offered in the office. One thing I'd like to share is about the appointment system. Our appointment time is 10am and we waited from 10:04am to 10:56am before Dr. Yao arrived the patient room. In addition, there's no guest wifi. If you are taking your elderly relatives or parents to here during a workday, be sure that you get the earliest appointment in order to avoid the long wait time. Also, bring work that does not require WiFi access or be prepared to use your own data.
