Absolutely awful experience. My appointment was 9:30a. I arrived early and waited over an hour in waiting room. They have a form that said they can charge you 50 bucks if you no show, but have no respect for the patients time. Their front end staff is both slow, unfriendly while doing incorrect work but quick to take your money. Saw the nurse for check in at 10:39a. 10 mins later saw the dr. Dr inamder is one of those dr you know have been in practice forever. He used the diagram next to him to explain the various aspects of what he wanted done and what to expect. Dr appt was like 15 mins and then 5 mins with the scheduler.

No live operator to speak to. Left 3 messages for new patient appointment. I never got a call back.

Got hung up on the phone 3 times this morning while at work by Heather. I have been seriously concerned about my health and had no reassurance or contact regarding my next visit since. Getting hung up on 3 times by someone who I expected to be able to help made me feel small and defeated. I look forward to my next visit.

Prior to my first visit, they seemed okay and called back within the same day after leaving a message to call. Once I finally saw the doctor, getting them to call back was ridiculous especially since it pertained to my prescribed medication. The visit with Dr. Inamdar was probably the most disconnected visit Ive ever had with a doctor. I understand the importance of bedside manner, actually looking at your patient while speaking to them, feeling heard and respected. He looked at his computer the entire visit, literally. I also had to wait over an 1 for him to finally come. I am supposed to have a procedure performed, but Im going to find another gastroenterologist who actually values having patients. This place has lost a patient after just one visit.

Ive been going here since 2011 off and on. Dr. Jafri is AMAZING but the staff is TERRIBLE. Rude receptionists. Returning phone calls is hit or miss. Say they sent orders over to one facility but havent. Give you wrong numbers for getting into contact with said facility. Ive also had issues with the insurance department at this place before and have literally had an insurance agent yell at their staff for being rude and trying to take money from me when my co-pay and deductible is $0. I wish they would get better staff. They best one was today and the answering service telling me I was going on and on and on and wouldnt listen to her as she was trying to speak over me as Im trying to tell her why I was calling... Im 28 years old and I dont think Ive ever been treated so rudely.
