Now Vishala Grocery. Staff (owners?) are extremely friendly and helpful. I really don't know what I'm doing when it comes to Indian cuisine and they always help me decide if I am purchasing the right spice blends. They have a LARGE selection of spice blends and individual spices at great prices. They carry non-veg frozen meals, not all Indian grocers do. They have very fresh produce including a good selection of vegetables not typically used in American cuisine. I noticed a comment about cleanliness from a year ago. Vishala recently took over, about January 2021, and it is always very clean when I visit. I love this place.

This is one of the best South Asian grocers in Houston. I come here pretty often, once or twice a month at least. They have a good selection of spices, rices, etc. The staff are friendly, and I see them helping other customers often!

This is a small grocers. It has many spices, dry goods and cosmetics. Good for quick stops for quality products. Very busy shopping area, so go early.
