they dont give u most of the Marriott frequent guest benefits . other than that mostly average. rooms are clean and new but small. Bedding and sheets Courtyard style and below average .

Simply horrible . No ice machines work on the room floors .
Clearly have a mold issue on 4th floor .
Bar staff is rude and will not be staying here again .
Had a conference here and they clearly have major issues going on here .

Checked in after a delayed flight at midnight. Front desk overnight gal was friendly and asked if I would like breakfast as our Platinum benefit.
A word of caution though for Elites. Im a Platinum and I had to ask if there were any Suite upgrades, otherwise, I would have been given a standard room. Also, the upgrade wasnt really to a suite, just a nicer room category. Mind you Im only here for one night checking in after midnight and checking out 8-hours later so the perfect scenario to score a sweet upgrade which didnt happen.
So if you are a Platinum, dont expect that the rooms manager is going through his/her list of elites each day in advance and providing upgrades. It doesnt seem to be a focus of this property.
So I will move over to the Hyatt for my 2nd and 3rd nights. A tip, book one night at a property so that you can gauge if it meets your expectations. Otherwise these days, your stuck with cancellation penalties.
Room was nice and well kept, so dont be afraid to stay here if an upgrade isnt that important to you.
