Unfortunately one must go to the 18th floor for use of a microwave.
Rooms: Small but intimate.
Walkability: Easy access to Memorial Mall.

I was promised an upgrade to executive suite for 100.00. I received an email later telling me to call only to be told that I couldnt get the upgrade I was promised. I asked for a manager and was told he would not honor the rate and I told him that I was an elite member and free upgrades are given when available, and he told me that was only for platinum members.

Very very pricey if you got money to spend on luxurious living this would be on your list, top notch everything, being across the street from a mall is a plus plus for shopping,eating,drinking, ice skating ,a kid funland & Target. Parking was my only issue at almost 30$ a day to park when your paying for a room thats over 200$ a night, you would think it's included, thank God for the free parking at the mall.
Rooms: Rooms were small but didn't feel small, plenty of USB ports, a bed that cradles your body like being hugged by clouds, walk in glass door shower.
