Got there says on door of emergency room entrance to call u call it tells u to leave a messsge? So its a emergency room no one will. Come to door to help u just leave a message this is the worset when u sn kids r sick to deal with

Such a nice place with the best attention I have ever received, all the staff is super respectful and professional. I really recommend this hospital because they save my life! God bless you

Im very much aware this hospital is newly owned , but I just wanna shed some light on the rudeness I received from the ER staff ! The nurses that check you in are absolutely rude ! I came in a couple weeks ago for pain in my legs as Ive suffered from DVTs in the last the lady in the front immediately looked down when I explained I currently didnt have insurance (due to me being a newly college graduate in between jobs ) her attitude was soooo ugly towards me I felt so bad that ended up paying majority of my bill just to show them I wasnt some broke person , then today I went nov 4 2021 an another nurse did the exact same thing not realizing I can afford to pay for the visit ! It was really ugly they wouldve swore I was wrong if I wouldve cussed her out ! You shouldnt make ppl feel low cause they dont have insurance! IM ALMOST POSITIVE not every nurse in that hospital has insurance so why tf are you being rude an btw I did have the 250 copay but your nurses are so judge mental an rude I spent it else where ! Will never return ! Tell your staff to grow tf up ! Im a medical professional an no office I ever worked in would look at someone like skum, we would just see how we can help them afford their treatment.

Worst place ever is a nightmare...dont even deserved one star I was embarrassed and humiliated infront of everybody at the check in counter ....insurance clerk miss white called me and confirm my appointment and told me they will bill my insurance.. Aftet I tooked the day off from work and I showed up on early for my 8 am appointment and i I was fasting and with a full bladder in a very cold morning 35 degrees when very rude very mean with not customer service skills marylina and Erika at the check in counter refused and denied to check me in and they were demanding to pay $230 at front before to check in when I was told by miss white insurance clerk they will bill my insurance I try to explain but she was yelling at me you have to paid or you wont have your ultrasound done i requested a payment plan and I didnt get any answer suddenly a very tall and big color men was call and came from no were i request to talked to the manager and she was never called or not even came to talked to me finally miss white came out and told me very irresponsible and very hypocritically that was the balance ... I request a payment plan again I didnt get an answer ... I have to walked away wasting my whole day and not understanding why, how this was happening I after I waste my whole morning and lost the a whole day of work I called and talked to Jennifer the manager and mentioned everything that happened she said even if you only paid $25 its ok and she begged me to come back later on And I did ...but SAME DRAMA !!! SAME APTITUDE!!! Rude mean no customer service skills by every one in that office... Same clerk you paid or you are not get it your ultrasounds done.... Something have to be done I paying for a service I work hard for my money Im not asking for anything free I deserve respect at the same time I deserve the service Im paying for They were making fun and laughing at me the whole entire time at was in there trying to get my ultrasounds WORST ..., WORST... WORST PLACE I EVER BEEN !!!!
