    Chris was recommended by one of my colleagues and I am extremely impressed. He is considerate, kind, knowledgeable and does excellent work. He is always on time, recommends the best products and works hard to get unparalleled results. I Would definitely be using his company to upgrade my speakers in the future. Truly outstanding work.

    Blueprint was supposed to make 4 existing speakers work for our business. They installed an audio receiver, which worked great initially. Unfortunately, it overheated and I've been promised by Blueprint that they would come and send it back to the company for replacement under the warranty. For two months, I've been calling the owner every week, and he promises to come or send his guy but no one actually comes. He regularly ignores my phone calls and texts. He's told me repeatedly that he will come in the morning but no one ever comes. This has affected our business and I have given Chris and Blueprint many chances to come and solve the problem. Most people would not have this much patience. This is not how you do business. I'm fed up.

    So I initially gave them a 5-star review because they set up my speakers and tv at our home pretty well. And their price was reasonable. Besides, they came recommended from our friends. They did reschedule on several occasions but I didn't think much of that. I don't have any issues with the systems they sell and the quality of work. I have issue with their customer service. I agree with Dev Khan's review of Blueprint AV. There were initial issues with setting up the dimmers in our master bedroom. This, along with upgrading our wifi extenders, was supposed to be set up. They promised to come and install this on numerous occasions but they never came. We have to pay for someone to be at our house for Chris and his crew to come and set up the system at our house. However, he made promises to be at my house on numerous occasions and just didn't show up. Not only was my system not set up but I had to pay money for someone to be at my house to wait for them. There is no forewarning that he won't come. He doesn't even call to tell you that he is running late. I have to reach out to him myself after waiting several house to hear that he is "running really behind schedule and can't come." I don't have a problem of this happening on 1 or 2 occasions as I have a business of my own and I understand that this can happen. But 8, 9 or 10 times? Seriously? Either you are really inefficient or you have a real problem making promises you can't keep. And on 2 occasions, he showed up but said that he didn't have the right equipment and had to come back. Really? Also, I made the mistake of paying upfront because he said that he had to order the parts and needed the money for them. Because of this, I am still owed dimmers but he is now ignoring my calls and texts. This is NOT the way to run a business. I completely agree with Mr. Dev Khan. I am a patient person myself but this is ridiculous. I am fed up. I learned my lesson.

    I needed some TVs remounted in my home, and after doing some research I found Blue Print Audio Video. Chris and his coworker are very knowledgeable and took care of everything quickly and very professionally. I also inquired about a new A/V receiver or pre-amp to upgrade for 4K and all the new surround formats. Chris gave me some options without any pressure. After thinking about it I decided and contacted Chris. He attempted to get me what I requested, but ultimately could not due to them being out of stock. He quickly came up with another option and took care of me without hesitation. I can’t say enough about Chris and his customer service, knowledge, professionalism and how much he cares about his customers. I’m already considering upgrading my system again and will go with Chris and Blue Print audio/video. Highly recommended!
