Do not give out your credit card information over the phone. The scammer tried to fraud my credit card and forced me to give out my credit card information over the phone. Be aware. Only pay online and by a check.

Never received equipment and always get a different answer why no equipment. I have been trying since January to get capp machine.

Customer service is severely lacking. It took over 2 months for them to fulfill my doctors order for equipment. Every time I or someone from my doctors office called to check on the order, we would get a different story. First they had the wrong paperwork, then they needed more information, then they claimed they never received any paperwork. And if you need supplies, good luck. They take weeks to fulfill supply orders. If you have a choice of durable medical equipment suppliers, I would strongly suggest choosing someone else.
