Every person I worked with at this company was wonderful. They were helpful through every step of the process. They even offered to bring a portable AC to cool one room until they could get a technician out. Jason was my technician and he was very kind and explained everything he was checking and gave me options for a fix. I ended up needing a new outside unit and they were able to help me through financing and got it installed all on the same day. I searched some prices for the work they did and I feel that I was charged a more than fair amount for the work that was done. After the work was completed they even reached out for a follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Very happy with this company 😊

Have you ever had a business wait 3 weeks to reply after they gave a quote and within those 3 weeks say "we haven't hear back from your warranty company". Advice: Call the warranty company and figure it out. In the end... all they need to do was fill in their quote sheet with a model # & serial #. Easy fix. I brought this up after multiple times of calling and them saying they were waiting. If you want to get paid, do your follow up. Then... they said they don't want to do the work anymore because I asked them to do follow up so I didn't need to stay on the phone for hours. Queena, I hope your owner sees this review. Very unprofessional. A profit loss for your business. Service: AC maintenance

On Wednesday July 7th I was called by this company to schedule service on the 8th. The time of service was scheduled from 4-5. I agreed that this would work and that I’d leave work 2 hours early for this. Nobody shows up for service and office hours were 8-5 so nobody answered. I call them back on the 9th in which the excuse was the technician did not see he had an appointment with me. So then they agree to send someone out again from 4-5 on the 9th in which they then find out I need a new blower motor. They order the motor and inform me they would call to set up appointment when it arrives. On July 15th I receive a call that the part is available and that they could come in on the 15th. I requested it be 5-6 since I get off at 5 and that I could leave an hour early. The same issue happens again and nobody showed up. I call back this morning on the 16th at 8:00am frustrated and the front desk lady informs me that they can come out from 5-6 and they will install it… I have no idea why they didn’t show up this time. So here I am now again frustrated because I receive a call from technician who informs me he forgot to pick up the part to install at my house and that the place he was supposed to pick it up from is now closed and that he will pick it up tomorrow and come first thing in the morning after picking up part. I don’t actually know if this is true because this company shows they are closed on Saturdays. I will find out tomorrow but I am highly upset and have been without ac since July 3rd…this is not professional and is really inconsiderate.

Edited Review: (two additional stars) The serviceman is very nice, and after writing the review, and reaching out in every possible way I could, I got a response, and the owner and serviceman came out together. If you care enough about your business I certainly can respect that!
The serviceman did a better job of preparing us for the possibility of it happening again and explanation of the parts.

Initial Review:
After reading several reviews I see a pattern with my issue as well. This is sad.
The Property management company has sent this company out 3 times (days apart), each time the tech claims it's something new, even attempted to suggestively put the blame on us!
I hate writing bad reviews, but this is just downright unacceptable in the middle of the Texas heat!
First visit: (Roofers just left) "Sometimes the banging, knocks the switch loose"
Second visit: "Oh, someone must have gone in there and knocked the switch/ needs coolant"
Third Visit: There must have been a power outage, "found capacitor not working / replaced capacitor"
This is seriously inconvenient and unacceptable! Services: AC repair, AC maintenance
