image I wouldn't go there if you have a serious emergency.. they don't know nothing. Went cause I was in pain and couldn't walk.. they gave me some pain killer and I was starting to get pail n Slurred speech. My mom yelled for help.. a nurse came in and just stood there looking. I passed out. Thank God my mom caught me. The nurse was still standing just looking with no help or concern . My mom yelled for someone else to help. And a nurse finally came to late.. they just took me to another room to lay me down. In the end they were no help.. if you can go Some where else please do.

image Super nice staff! Excellent Doctor and Nurses. Loved Dr. Veloz & Nurse Ida, they were thorough, friendly explained things well to help confirm/diagnose so you can understand. Very personable and easy to talk to, good energy... maybe sounds strange for an ER but true, helped visit go very well!

image Bad experience. The back pain that I am experiencing has expanded since the car accident 2 weeks ago. My first ER visit was paid by my insurance. I had x rays the day after the accident. They don't see bone fractures. I never had a major car accident. I never felt the need to hire a lawyer or be in any negotiating scheme. The person at fault has refused to admit his fault, and I'm in a lot of pain, so I hired a lawyer for the very first time. When I told my lawyer, they sent me to this ER. From the beginning, Dr. Denys Rybka was treating my complaint as a simple muscle strain. He was shrugging his shoulders and seemed to avoid the complaint overall trying to throw off my complications. When I asked to look into my muscles because I never had an MRI or CT scan, he really didn't suggest it! After it was done, what do you know? It was all clear, everything normal, not even one muscle contraction shows up but a thyroid issue having nothing to with an accident. After that, he commented, saying, "Don't we all hate what we came to find out was indecisive issues having nothing to with your accident." Honestly, I was amazed he put that into words as if I was pleased to hear that. I explained that I developed sinus and mucus, and my finger has been swollen since the accident. I think I have an infection. Dr. Denys Rybka laughs and says, "Oh, that came from the accident too?" I'm like, IDK. It's weird things happening since the car accident. I was only bringing it up to someone who can help it all make sense. He and his nurse didn't want to explain details about what he found. Instead, he suggested I ask google or my Dr. He sent me home with muscle relaxers and ibuprofen that I told him was already prescribed to me. He isn't a radiologist. He is still in training. Another Dr. that was not present, seen the images in less than 3 mins. That place was a joke, lol! I was actually glad to know any problem. Either way, I dealt with it sooner than later. Other than that, I'm going to get that MRI from an expert. There is no way with numbness, I am clear. I have therapy and will soon find out the truth. I believe this, Dr. Denys Rybka was defensive the moment I walked in.
