Not that anyone wants anything up your you know what but Dr. Nemoto takes time to explain everything. Its not in and out in 5 minutes consult. Procedure is painless. I wanted to get up and go home right after I woke up but nooo I had to wait 30 minutes because BP to low. The prep is awful! I do recommend you have food at home to cook and eat. I ate, watched a movie and passed out. My system was messed up for about 3 days just an FYI if you drink coffee in the morning. Feel better now but Im not letting anyone stick their finger up there nuh uh! Ill pass on that and let you write that review! Bottoms up!

Been 1 week since my test has come back. They keep forcing an office visit to go over results when they can just email me the results. So, I called to re-schedule an office visit and the 'scallywag' on the phone says, so you are cancelling? I said, no. Re-scheduling. Two words, different meanings. Now, they don't respond to emails. Got to love the medical industry right now. 1 Star is about all you get.

Very good experience at Dr. Nemoto's office! Great communication the days prior to the morning procedure, and kind, proactive followup that evening. As for the procedure itself (colonoscopy), they were actually running ahead of schedule so got to me early. The front desk manager, the nurse (Lori), the anesthesiologist and the doc were all very friendly and took their time explaining the procedure and answering questions. Results were discussed with me when I awoke. Honestly, could not ask for a better experience if you need a gastro procedure. Thanks Dr. Nemoto and Team!

As a long time patient of Doctor Nemoto, I find him extremely competent and smart and fully trust his judgement, treatments and procedures. His staff are professional, kind and very helpful. I highly recommend him.

At a follow up visit post endoscopy, I mentioned that I was disappointed that it didnt result in any answers. Rather than suggesting other options or showing any compassion whatsoever, this man began berating me, and he turned to the nurse and said, Im getting a lot of hostility from her, are you? The nurse didnt acknowledge the question. I can only guess shes seen this behavior before and had decided simply ignoring it until he was finished was the best thing to do. He asked me if Id seen other doctors, and when I said yes, he said, And did you give them a hard time when you didnt get any answers? Thats when I started crying. He turned to the nurse again and said, Now shes crying. What a bully, he has no business working with anyone who has any kind of fear for their own health. I switched to Dr. Vivian Asamoah, who provided me with an immediate ultrasound on site and recommended a specific diet change that worked quickly, with long term positive results. This poor review is not because of an endoscopy that didnt provide answers, its because of a grown man who takes a patients disappointment as a personal insult and cant stay professional or even kind.
