Worse experience. Nurses not professional or even have knowledge of whats done in that office. If I could give it no stars, I would.

My mother went to this doctor after our PCP told us to go to a specialist because of an ulcer the size of a quarter in her stomach, and was told by the doctor that she might have stomach cancer as well. We went to NW Houston & they removed a polyp (cancerous) and then prescribed her some medicine and basically dismissed her. We found it very hard to get into touch with the doctor when the medicine made her itch to the point she was getting scabs. Once we did the doctors best advice was to stop taking the medicine and seek out a general physician. The doctor knows she has potential stomach cancer, an ulcer the size of a quarter in her stomach, is throwing up nightly, and has blood in her urine, and we were basically dismissed and told to go see a general physician.. we have been as patient as we can be, but we just need help. The communication between the nurses and us have been awful. We cant get answers. We dont know what questions to even ask. We cant get information from anybody on what to do. We feel helpless with this doctors lack of attention to us. When we ask to speak to a doctor, not a nurse, we can never get a call back. It has been a very painful process and it comes down to simple customer service of communicating to our family. We feel like we are just another folder in the nurses hand, meanwhile my mother gets worse & worse. I will not recommend this place to anybody until we get some answers from the doctor.

Both of the doctors in this practice are really good. I've been using Dr. Reddy for the past few years, and he always seems to have genuine concern and thoughtful suggestions for resolutions. He listens to his patients.
