I received had a endoscopy with Dr. Brian Kaplan. Dr. Kaplan and his staff, Portia, Karla and Percilla were awesome. Very professional and compassionate.

Had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy with Dr Kaplan as he along with his surgical staff and office staff were beyond awesome throughout the whole process from the beginning to the end. Dr Kaplan takes the time before the procedure to explain what he will be doing, takes the time again to explain to my wife and I afterwards in recovery and then followed up the next business day with the lab results and to see how I was doing. Every procedure over the years with Dr Kaplan and his whole staff has always been an excellent experience.

Second visit in a few years and my husband goes as well. I have always found staff to be fast and efficient, no long waits, and Dr. Kaplan spends quality time, is thorough and asks questions. Plus he LISTENS.

It's been 4 business days since I was told to wait 24-48 hours for a call from Maria (I believe) to set an appointment. I had a procedure to ease swallowing, but am having difficulty again. It's a shame that so many MDs can't seem to manage their staff, losing patients and money, and frustrating those who need help. I own a vet clinic, and would fire staff for treating clients so poorly. Service will decline to the point that we allow it to, so speak up.
