Came here at 2pm when they should open. Half the flavors “still needed more time”. Seriously? When you do not open until 2pm you should have all the flavors. I would understand if you were busy and ran out, but this was not the case. Also the girl (employee) was not wearing a mask. We will not be back.

The cashier payed my over price on a deal, she told me I had to get the small cups after I had already finished ordering, then she placed the cups.

The yogurt was good, however the cashier was not so pleasant . She watched me the entire time and had an attitude when I asked where the napkins were.

My significant other and i went in for the 5oz yogurt promotion for National Yogurt Day, was looking forward to it all week, we made our cups and paid, to find out after everything that the discount was not applied to our order and they would not refund it. They did not tell us the entire time we were there that we had to use SPECIFIC cups for the promo. Even after we called prior and asked about the promotion. How were we supposed to know that their small cups were promotional cups, and not just regular kiddie cups like all places have. No signage or anything, we will not be returning.

I went into the store and the cashier was eyeing my family with disgust. Then I asked her if there was a free 5 oz special and she said yes. Finally after we checked out she told us to pay, I thought one of my siblings put to much frozen yogurt so I payed, but saw that I payed $24. When I told her this she refused to give the money back and said we should have gotten the small cups instead of the bigger ones, BUT THERE WERE NO SMALL CUPS. She refused to give the money back and in my car where I'm setting she's still eyeing us. The customer service is horrible here, don't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! 😠😠😠
