Machines that were out of service. If they keep it up I see them going out of business.

The FroYo was delicious, but the staff--by that, I mean one lady--was completely inattentive. We didn't even know anyone was working there until I looked down the hall to the very back and saw her on a computer with her hood up. The couple there before us had waited at the register for a few minutes before just leaving with their yogurt. We had to call down the hall to get her attention. In addition, the floors were sticky, and the benches, tables, and chairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a few days: old stains and food were stuck to the surfaces. All in all, we won't be returning to the establishment.

❤️Dark chocolate, banana, sea salt caramel (best of all I have tried: menchie, yogurt land, sweetfrog,etc..) Variety of toppings, would satisfy any one from a fruit lover to sweetooth. 💔Cake bater and cheesecake of Menchie is better, imo. Coconut of yogurt land is better too, sadly.

This place is always busy with customers. Always taste the same, which is perfect. The best among other desserts is macaroon covered ice cream sandwich. I wouldn't buy their coffees anymore because I ordered it with extra shots, but tasted kinda watery.

I have been coming here since they opened. I was very upset with my experience tonight. The lady did not greet us (normally we get a bubbly hello). There were several flavors that were out of order (which has never happened). When I let the lady know she was very rude she said yeah I know that’s why I moved the machines back (I couldn’t tell she moved the machines since I was able to get to them). Normally I love bringing my daughter here because she loves putting her own toppings. Mind you my daughter is pretty tall & not rude. I notice my daughter not pouring her toppings. So I encourage her to put her toppings. The lady at the counter with attitude asked me not to let my daughter put her own toppings. We had exchange of words. Pretty much telling her my daughter will put her own toppings because I’m watching her & it’s never been an issue in the past. I pay for my froyo. I turn around to sit with my husband, my husband asked what happened? I tell him she had a problem with my daughter pouring her toppings and the lady butted into our conversation being very confrontational. So again she & I had exchange of words. She got on her personal phone called her manager in front of us & told her manager about our exchange of words. Mind you I just came to bring my daughter to get her favorite froyo & I get all of this. She came shortly after she helped other customers and offered us a buy one get one card for being unprofessional. I said thank you. Didn’t get an apology for being rude. I don’t think we’ll be back until there’s new staff that isn’t bothered to do their job. I bring my kids for the fun & memories. If I wanted to someone to make our ice cream I could go to any other establishment. My kid gets very excited to come here. Now she feels like she did something wrong. I wasn’t looking to get anything free but I wasn’t expecting to have a confrontation with a person that didn’t want to do her job.
