        Standing in line at the NRG arena, watching the people at the Aramark Texas favorites stand moved so slowly that they're actually in reverse. They are averaging one customer service completion every 4 minutes and they're selling bottle drinks and nachos. This is so far past pathetic that I cannot even describe it. Make some changes in your organization.
