Fun and Flirty Fitness

I take yoga classes here twice a week in the afternoon with they're brand new yoga instructor Jessica! She is so educated about points on the body and actually wants to help! I have cluster headaches (or migraines) which are the worst.. She really took her time on making sure that I was comfortable and showed me ways around my neck to keep everything lose. Jessica is hands down the best yoga instructor they ever had and will be returning for her. ☺️

Went in for Yoga and the instructor was very patient with me cause I'm not very balanced or flexible YET. But while I was in the waiting area signing in, the ladies in the pole class were laughing and it sounded like they were having a blast. Give them a try and I'm sure you will get the same experience. I'll definitely be back soon

Loved loved loved trying pole fitness at this studio! Tasha at the front desk was very nice and answered all my questions. I bought the new client combo and took a yoga class with Maddie. She was very knowledgeable and taught me stretches that helped my sciatica problem. I took a pole class with Indigo later in the week and she was awesome. She was patient and helped me understand hand placement and points of contact on the pole. Thank you for opening in my area. I have been waiting for pole fitness near me for awhile!! Will be back for sure.

After seeing how much my wife was enjoying going here and how much better she felt and looked, I had to try the Father's Day class. I was amazed how friendly the staff was, how patient the instructor was and how much fun yoga could be. I can not say enough great things about Tasha and her staff.
