Sonic Drive-In

Tried to pick up some nationally advertised promotional discount items at another Sonic store, only to be told at the drive through that they were all out. Third time in a row that has happened to me. Called ahead to this location before driving all the way, but no one even answered. Not SoNice, Sonic.

Do you guys scrape the ice by hand?? I waited 25 minutes for ONE slushy on a mobile order and left without it since I was not gonna wait any longer. Never again. Dont come to this one.

Ordered a large strawberry nerd slush. There was hardly any nerds and strawberries. The drink was basically just plain slush. No color of red from the strawberries. Found a small spoonful of nerds in the drink. I also ordered a strawberry banana shake. Charged me for the strawberries, yet my shake had NO strawberries. I wasted nearly $9 on what? Pure disappointment. Never coming here again. Didnt even get a receipt. Employee was kind, but definitely need to learn how to make drinks.

I really enjoy sonic food but this location has gone extremely downhill. Its obvious the staff working here could care less about customer service, order accuracy, or food quality. Today was my final trip here I waited 10 minutes after pressing the red button and no staff ever came on I even switched stalls thinking it was a malfunction alas it was not waited another 5 minutes after pressing button on the second stall. I recommend you drive on by there are a lot of places near here that are MUCH better.

1st time visiting this location. I repeated my very short order twice at the intercom. 1 medium sweet green tea with raspberry syrup. Simple right? Sat in the drive thru over 15mins for them to not have my order at all. Attempted to give the order again as the young lady allowed the window to close as I was speaking. Rude, but needless to say after getting my drink I had a sweet tea with blue raspberry syrup (absolutely disgusting btw). Idk how they got that I didn't send it as they all seemed to not want to be working. Never chance that. Either way, very disappointed with this interaction. They clearly should pay more attention to their customers. Update: Visited again today, same as 2 days ago. This morning I did an online order, waited at a stall after checking in for 10 minutes. Pulled to the drive thru and realized they were not open. Hours say open at 6am on Fridays. I paid for my order but never got my order since they for some reason were not open.
