Sent my food back multiple times because something was missing from my order. Burger tasted OLD, tots were luke warm. Only good was I ended up getting it for free.

This particular Sonic is an absolute joke I have no clue why I keep coming back to this one I always have a negative experience I waited 5 minutes install number 12 to order hey half price drink at happy hour then I decided to jump in drive-thru to see if that is faster it was not I was there for about 15 minutes didn't get anything the app is a joke as well I have $0.17 on a gift card that I can't delete or use so I was there for I could not use their application I've always had good experiences at most other Sonic's but never at this particular one

This is what I received when I ordered cheese sticks. I thought they are mozzarella cheese and should be stingy if fresh. These were horrible but my friend ordered some at the same time and hers were right and fresh. The person taking the order seemed very annoyed.
