Sonic Drive-In

Ordered 2 drinks - waited nearly 10 minutes, sitting outside the windows, watching 2 carhops eating (lunch isn't wrong, but maybe away from windows & the kitchen). The Big Red was good. My Rootbeer with cream was almost 2" down, in a cup, covered in it. Couldn't even clean up & fill it. I wish I'd have taken a picture... Clean it up guys.

Raemondra gave EXCELLENT customer service this morning when I ordered breakfast. She held the highest standard of customer service that we are failing to see these days after coming out a pandemic. It seems people have forgotten the golden rule, treat others the way you want to be treated, but Raemondra didn't forget that and provided exceptional service. The service she gave is like ordering at a 5 star restaurant. Keep up the wonderful work.

I have now done app ordering three times for this location and its like they pay no attention to them or dont care, Im not sure. I enter my stall number in as instructed as soon as I arrive and no one ever comes, then they seem confused when I press the button and ask for my order. Happened all three times Ive tried. Super frustrating as youd think pre-ordering via the app would make it a fast/easy/process

I ordered two slushies. Although there was no line in the drive through, and the order was quick to prepare, both of which are odd at any sonic in my experience, the slushies I received were just some juice with crushed ice on the top 4 inches if the drink. I didnt realize it until I was home 5 minutes later. Please inform your coworkers of the difference when these drinks are ordered , because this is the second time in the last 6 times that I ordered theses drinks that they turned out to be , Non- slushies.
