I really wish I can write a zero for this Practice. Even though the doctors are nice and professional, but the staff are bad . Why anyone need to deal with a doctor that you cannot reach

I met Daddy Khawaja in 2014, He is a great Doctor and has awesome bedside manner. So falling in love with his professional care, I decided to become his patient at his personal practice. Several year were great few years later, son came on board and I started to see less of Dr Khawaja senior and is mostly PAs or Drs son. Care level has highly declined. Office staff is terribly rude and unprofessional. I was supposed to receive a surgical clearance letter two weeks ago, and they keep brushing me off. Saying were waiting on the doctor to sign office manager wont call me back and has receptionist giving me false hope. My surgery date is approaching and they dont care. I was finally able to speak to Vicky today and she told she wasnt going to pull the PA from a room with a patient, just to come and write a letter for me. I wonder, am I not their patient? I wish Daddy Khawaja was around more. I wish I could recommend his practice to people but his staff is awful.
