Aston Carter

I have worked as a contractor for Aston Carter for 6 months. I have worked with other contractors over the years and none of the agencies I have worked with can even begin to touch these guys. Their professionalism and personal touches take them over the top! I rarely have been treated like a person and more like a money maker in any agency I have worked with! Not with Aston Carter! First, they met me on the first day at my newest position to walk me in! I was blown away by that! Silvio Salinas and his group even showed up with donuts for the team I would be working with! Its always nerve wracking the first day and they smoothed things over nicely. Silvio calls me frequently to ask how I am, and not just with my position, but inquires about me. They've bought all their contractors lunch, and they give me incredible feedback frequently. I find that valuable. Everyone, is motivated by feedback good or bad. They genuinely care about the people that work for them. It has been an incredible experience with Aston Carter and I cannot say enough great things about this agency. They are simply the best of the best. I cannot give them more stars than 5 or I would. Highly highly recommended!
