Paul was able to order an oven with absolutely no hassles. Joseph delivered and installed it with no problem. It was done in a timely manner. They remained professional. I ordered this same oven from Lowes and Home Depot and I DEMANDED that they come pick it up. Both had a double oven sitting in my living area for over a week while I had to wait for them to get someone to come and measurethen get someone to install then they want you to purchase extra equipment then pay double of what Sara was charging. THANK YOU GUYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE

Sara Appliance and specifically my sales associate Kaushal Parikh did an absolutely outstanding job on my new appliance - - characterized as beyond expectations! Highly knowledgeable, efficient, great communications on delivery, highly price competitive. Kaushal demonstrated true care for his customers! My go to place for future products and services! I rarely write reviews but Im making an exception because I am very pleased with the level of care and customer support that I received at Saras.
KP, in particular, was patient and professional - explained all my options, discussed all the pros and cons - went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend Saras Appliances.
