Streamline Retail

Working with the Streamline Retail team was one of the best professional experiences we've had. The Momentum program is wonderful, the word momentum is perfect because that's exactly what this program gives you, the momentum and confidence to move forward with a beautiful fully functional site. During our time in the program we were given the tools and support to confidently move forward, We have seen our web sales triple over the first month. and look forward to much future success. When I first came up with the concept for my startup in 2011, I had no idea where to turn in terms of a POS system. I had absolutely zero knowledge on this subject! Armed with few things more than a love of dogs and an advertising/public relations degree, I was seriously in over my head in starting my very own retail store. Josh quickly came on the scene and introduced me to Lightspeed. Not only was it user friendly and easy for me to learn, but I loved the way the program looked. Josh taught me everything i needed to know about Lightspeed and how I could use it to literally RUN my business. Having an intelligent POS might arguably be the most important asset in any business. And this is a former "branding is everything" girl talking. Josh didn't just 'hook up' my POS system and walk away. I remember he was there the days leading up to our grand opening making sure our credit card terminals were working, our products were inputed correctly, barcodes were working, and troubleshooting any possible issue that could arise. He is responsive, resourceful, incredibly knowledgeable, and most of all genuinely cares about the success of my business. His patience is unparalleled- I think I called him every 5 minutes at the beginning! I say josh IS these things because even now, 4 years later, Josh is still an integral part of my business. With the prospects of selling franchises and moving to a better location, we have needed Josh to guide all of our tech decisions! He has been here every step of the way and helped us grow. Literally holding my hands at some moments. We have gone from 1 user to 3 and we aren't close to stopping. Light speed itself is an increidble program. With the help of josh and learning some specific reports we can run, my finance savvy husband has created some incredible forecasting spreadsheets. Light speed has given us the tools we need to run, protect, and grow our store. I couldn't say enough good things about Josh and how much he means to us!
