Dr. Mineo had been treating me for many years. He's very competent and confident. He also instills confidence and hope in his patients (in me at least).

While my experience with Dr. Mineo has been quite positive, the customer service received while interacting with some administrative team members has been questionable. I called to reschedule an appointment for my father and felt like I was bothering the scheduler (sighs and heavy breathing over the phone) when my requested date was not available. At one point, I mentioned that I am also trying to coordinate appointments and need a minute to see what will work on our calendars! There is an opportunity for a better patience experience in that space.

Highly recommend Dr. Mineo. He is Super attentive and takes the time to speak to you during the visits. He really is a great physician.

Dr Menio is awesome now in the other hand his staff are HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE. Doesn’t deserve any star at all. They don’t know how to communicate to their patients at all, this is the second time that they just canceled my appointment with out prior notice, I was supposed to have a MRI scheduled tomorrow at a local hospital but I have no idea what is in their mind if they have any, they called that hospital and canceled my MRI appointment, I called Dr Menio’s office asking why they canceled my appointment and who give them permission to canceled my appointment since I’m the one who scheduled the appointment , it’s hard on my part to be off or even to request a day off in my job. Of course they just gave me a BS excuse .
