I got a paps done and the nurse didn’t have gloves that fit and when she was done there was nothing given for me to clean with. I got some lab work done the same and and it’s now One month later and I’m still waiting for a returned call back for my lab results. I called and for the results and they confirmed that they had them but needed to call back. I do not recommend!!!

I was turned away at the door because I did not have the paper copy of my insurance (I.D. cards are still being mailed to me). They had already run my insurance beforehand and had everything approved, but still turned me away because they needed to make a photo copy for my file. So ridiculous! Its 2020! I even offered for the receptionist to put my phone on the photocopier. I was told I wouldn't be billed for the "canceled" appointment, but we shall see. Very annoyed that I had to request to leave early from work so that I could make it to my appointment, now to have to find a new place to schedule me.

Dr. Hawkins is great. The wait times can be long if she has to leave for deliveries though.
