My experience with office,has been very good!Until Villiage Medical ,the owner ,manager of the office, the person who answers the phone are not in the office or building . The change of the times. When it was a private office ,staff had a personal relationship with patient. Now you call , you may or may not get your concern addressed. I am very concerned about the quality of care, that we will be receiving. Thank God! for caring doctors at bedside. Inspite of operational management.

Where do I begin? Dr. Yrigoyen's office has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I work in the medical field and am shocked they are still in business with the things we have gone through with them over the years. My grandparents have been their patients for years and we have not left this practice simply out of convenience and the fact that a few staff members make the experience bearable. They didn't even call me after I let them know my grandfather passed away. I was given an order for a diagnostic test my grandmother has to get done. It has been over a month and we have not been able to get this done for her because the staff does not care to help us by simply faxing an order. On top of that, you never get to call the office directly. You have to call Village Medical which handles all their calls. It's a hit or miss with their staff as well. Simply put, if you're looking to establish just stay where you are. This practice will give you the runaround and treat you like you are just another number. They just do not care about you or your loved one.

He is an excellent doctor who for some reason has the worst staff I have ever encountered. At 930 am there is a three hour wait. Who schedules his appointments? There seems to be a good number of staff who also seems to spend their time on the phone. Oddly enough it is practically impossible to actually speak to them.the waiting room is cramped and extremely uncomfortable particularly for people in pain. It is my recommendation that he fire his entire staff.

Been going here for years but since they have a new staff these women do not answer the phones at ALL. I keep calling every 5 minutes and they put you to the answering machine. I leave messages and they never call you back. Dr. Yrigoyen is such a great doc but sorry I had to change my PCP to somewhere else.

Very difficult to communicate with office. Phone always goes to leave message. Messages are never returned. Difficulty in getting prescriptions sent to pharmacy, after being told you need a medication and precription being sent. Been going to Dr Yrigoyen for years, this problem has started to occur in the last year
