    Dr. Zambrano is the BEST, which makes up for any issues we have had w the staff. My daughter has gone to Dr. Z for 13 years and I cannot imagine anyone better for treating allergies and asthma.

    Office staff scheduling the appointments need to be VERY CLEAR IN THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. This is not a misunderstanding on my part. It is a detail restriction that was left out of conversation when scheduling the appointment. When a parent is told at the time of scheduling that “one parent can go in with the patient”, that does not specify ANYTHING about accompanying toddler siblings. Following all safety protocols and being screened outside the building prior to entering occurred and the patient, my toddler, and I were cleared. Yet then the “office manager” comes outside to advise that my toddler daughter couldn’t enter the building...only myself and the patient. I have no choice but to bring my toddler daughter with me to this appointment because my husband is out of town. What are single parents supposed to do?! THEN WHY TAKE MY TODDLER’S TEMP? I have no issues following whatever protocols are advised to me prior to arrival but the verbiage used in the verbal instructions were not concise and leave room for this type of situation. I’m certain I’m not the only parent this has happened to. Bottom line is after the prescreening, my appointment should have been honored. Such a waste of time and subpar customer service. I even asked to speak to the doctor and was refused despite it being MY designated appointment time. Disappointing because the doctor (Dr.Zambrano) is fantastic. We won’t be back...poorly managed office who don’t value or have consideration for a parent’s time, despite that parent being the reason they have a paycheck. What should have been specified in clear and concise wording is “THERE IS A TWO PERSON LIMIT FOR EACH APPOINTMENT...meaning the only the patient with one parent.”
