Dr. Ong is an excellent Family Optometrist, who children enjoy going to. She is a true professional when it comes to both honoring her patients appointment times as well as vision aids pick up times. I highly recommend her.

1st - I was never informed of Pearle Visions refund (or lack of) policy. I was never given anything to read or sign concerning it. 2nd - Dr Ong asked me to try bifocal contact lenses since I was at that age. She attempted to fit me 3 times and each time, she could not get the size of the lens correct. During this time, (which took several weeks but she seemed nice and I was willing to work with her) I ordered a pair of glasses since my vision had changed. Be aware that I paid for both items in full upfront by debit card. But apparently there was a credit I COULD HAVE USED for my glasses purchase, (and would have been happy to at the time) but they NEVER informed me of it UNTIL I ASKED about the different lenses, several weeks after my last visit. Now Dr Ong is refusing to refund the difference, stating the several pairs of lenses were ordered for me. Which I do not dispute, but she is the one who measured and wrote the prescription incorrectly. Why should I pay for her incompetence? The store and customer care offered me another pair of glasses, which I do not need since I wear contact lenses the majority of the time. All I want is justice. And for the public to know that Pearle Vision will defraud them if they get the chance.
