1960 Family Practice

Had an appointment with Dr. HO and everything felt rushed and like it was whatever to him. Didn't follow through to the end of the visit he just left and I never saw him again. Very strange place definitely never coming back. Please save your time and go elsewhere.

Dr. Carlos Gutierrez is great but i had a scheduled appointment today and noticed I didn't get a text reminder so I called to confirm my appointment and it seems at they forgot to enter my appointment in or there was an error (They never clarified). Anyways, I'm not that upset because it was a follow up but i did take off of work...I'm really glad I called because I would have been heated if i drove there to find that out. Went back to work and missed one of their calls. Called back the operator/scheduler had no idea why they would call me. Funny because I seen the front desk lady schedule it in, confirm and they told me to put it in my calendar.
