        Dr. Cotler explained my spinal condition and showed me my MRI images, but I already knew the information because I'd read the written report. Though I have a long history of lower back injuries, beginning in childhood, his advice to me was to join a gym so I can lose weight and strengthen my core muscles. This is not helpful. If you are overweight, find a different doctor who will take your injuries seriously.
