Left 2 voicemails and one email just trying to get an appointment. His answering service is in the loop so I simply couldn’t reach anyone.. not even a front desk; wasted 2 days waiting to hear back. Mind you, I’m in pain and said so on my voicemails. Even if he currently does not take new patients, a simple courtesy of a returning phone call would be appreciated. I find this very unprofessional

I began seeing Dr. Malik in November 2016 concerning problems with my right SI joint. After trying non-surgical treatment it was determined I wound require surgery to fix the problem. I had a SI joint fusion on September 20,2017 by Dr. Malik. Before the procedure Dr. Malik explained this would a minimal invasive surgery. The procedure went well and I am beyond satisfied and I am now free of pain that I had suffered for several years. His staff has always treated me with respect and kindness. They are very friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr Malik to anyone that requires a neuro-surgeon.

Dr. Malik and his staff are the absolute best! Beyond sweet and caring, very professional! My mom had surgery on her l2 and he was great, he explained the whole process and answered all the questions we had. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Malik and his staff are great! My mom had her surgery a few years back, and we have since been grateful to him and the entire staff. I would definitely recommend him. He is very experienced and knowledgeable.

Dr. Amir Malik saved my husband's life...literally!! We spent almost a week traveling from one city to the next, from one doctor to the next. No one would give him a thorough examination, some didn't physically see him but sent information via the staff. It wasn't until we returned home to San Angelo and went to the E.R. on a Saturday night that we met Dr. Malik who was on call for another physician. He performed surgery the next day and found a staph infection. Had it not been for his compassion and concern for my husband, the results could have been fatal. After several weeks of antibiotics at the infusion clinic my husband is doing very well. I believe that it wasn't meant for my husband to receive help elsewhere because God's plan was for a blessing to be delivered through Dr. Malik. I am forever grateful to God for Dr. Malik.
