        I absolutely LOVE Dr. Basa! She is a true gem in the world of doctors. An unbelievable kindness always proceeds her, and she is super attentive and very bright! She has walked beside me through the most difficult medical chapters of my life and given me peace and proper treatment and monitoring. She is a delight!

        dr basa is a caring doctor, however i must agree with other reviews, her staff is awful. absolutely rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. i have now been terminated as a patient by her office manager. dr. basa is in desperate need of a full new staff. so disappointing.

        I have been a patient for more than 12 years and Dr. Basa has been ok (give 4 stars). But recently I am having extreme difficulty with front office for appointments. They have been unprofessional, not returning calls (even after 2 weeks !!!). For that I am seriously considering to take my business elsewhere. After all visiting a doctor includes dealing with front office personnel too.
