Horrible customer service because NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK OR ANSWERS THE PHONE. I cant even get an appointment confirmation. What kind of receptionist is working there??

My wife got a surgical operation in her knee and needed physical therapy and she chose Memorial Hermann Rockets Sports on Hwy 10 and Gessner for it and she had been so satisfied with the therapist and the personal working there. I also, had to go for physical therapy on my shoulder and Im also satisfied with everything, we strongly recommend them.

Waiting on hold for 40, yes that's right 40!!! minutes to make an appointment is ridiculous. And you can't schedule for a new injury online. And then to have to wait 2 weeks to be seen for an acute sports injury? Again, ridiculous. Clearly they are not about efficient patient care.

Omg. They have the worst answering service ever. I couldnt even leave a message for the doctor asking for a referral to a different MRI clinic. Find another practice! 6/22/2021 Update: When I actually was able to see a doctor, he was great. Gave them another shot. MRI done. Right/left torn meniscus. 4-weeks later. Still no MD follow-up. Difficult to reach the appointment desk. Repeatedly on hold, sometimes over 20 minutes! Finally an appointment made. Day before a thorny woman calls to confirm medical history hasn't changed in 5 weeks. Wait on hold again to cancel appt. Luckily I had scoped other docs. Use a patient-centered practice. Post surgical aftercare is where your success lies. Work with a practice where you know you won't be left hanging after surgery. Trust the red flags.
