This doctor is the worse!!! I'm over here fighting for my life and she left me hanging. We had a video visit that she was late for with no apologies. I explained how sick I was feeling. She advised to get a covid test. And for me to send her any messages thru the app. Well, it came back Positive. She has not replied to any of my messages, not checked on me. I have no idea what to do. She was very rude on the visit, so I had a feeling I was not in good hands. So I was forced to get care from another doctor because I'm so miserable. And she never wrote a Dr note to my job like she promised. I think her other reviews are made up. She's not a caring doctor at all!!

I dont see how Dr. Williams has any 5 star reviews. I went in today because my regular PCP was booked. The staff was very pleasant and nice. However, I can't say the same for Dr. Williams. I was trying to explain to her what was going on and she literally didn't allow me to say a word. She's very snappy, attitudish and has no compassion for new patients! I will NEVER go back to her. She refused to do a full blood panel even after I complained about being very fatigue/largethic. She increased my thyroid medication before even seeing my lab results. I'm still in disbelief 2 hrs later. I've never been treated like this while going to Kelsey.
