M. Visus, MD

Ive been a patient at this office for over 15 years and it now has the worst care ever. The staff absolutely doesnt care. They ignore your needs and refuse to return calls or follow up on your needs. My last visit was to address a pain in my chest. Dr. Visus sent me for a scan which didnt produce anything obvious and now I havent heard anything as to a next step. The pain continues. Dr. Visus prescribed medication which has become a problem to get and I cant get the office staff to help. Im changing my PCP in January. Please look for a different Doctor for your needs.

Really deserves 0 stars. Terrible experience. No response from her or her staff after trying to reach them many times. She was my Mothers Dr. and my Mother needed to see her after a hospital visit. The hospital personnel told us the Doctors office would reach out us. They never did and so we tried numerous times and left messages for her nursing staff and then for her. No one ever responded. Would not recommend this Doctor.

My wife went Dr Visus with complaints of intermittent pain in her side. The pain is not continual, it's here one day gone the next and it has been occurring for several months. On two occasions, my wife told Dr Visus of this pain and Visus told he to go to the ER. Dr Visus did no exam, no tests or blood work. What a lousy, imbecilic doctor. This doctor should go back to medical school- but I doubt it would help.

It is very difficult to find a physician who is willing to take her time and really listen. I have always been impressed with Dr Visus. She really exemplifies what a physician should be. Thank goodness for the doctors who still care and listen! And also great staff!
