Pinnacle Sleep Center

I had a great experience with Pinnacle Sleep Center. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure my in-clinic sleep study and subsequent CPAP usage went as smoothly as possible. And I had no insurance-related issues as other reviewers have mentioned.

*****update***** I just called the clinic to explained the situation and cancelled my appointment. They willingly cancelled it for me with no cancellation fee, the process was quick too. But it does sound like they fail to tell patient if theyre in or out of network a lot, so definitely double check with your insurance first! ***************** BE AWARE! One of their managers will reach out to you on the phone and push you very hard to schedule an appointment right away to go in with a $75 cancellation fee. (Hell tell you everythings fine, etc,. Dont get pressured) They told me they checked my insurance and I can get the diagnosis / treatment. however I was very glad when I saw the low reviews, because that made me uneasy, I called my insurance to double check, turned out theyre not in network, unlike how they made it sound like.

They flat out lied about insurance coverage with me as well .. it sounds like this is happening a lot . It is a scam and they have multiple names of clinics. Please contact me as I would like to take legal action and it sounds Ike this is a pattern based on the reviews.

Pinnacle sleep center told me it was going cost me a $179.00 for a take home sleep test which I payed when i picked up the device. I was concerned the cost seamed low and went on to confirm three more times prior to taking the test that I was paying cash for the study bc my high deductible plan will not cover this test. I just received a bill for $6,765.83. I am going to file a lawsuit against pinnacle sleep center. I do not recommend anybody goes here. My mild snoring also come back positive which has greatly affected my insurance. This study and center is a flat out scam.
