I called to inform this establishment that I would be late due to the fact my other child was being released from the hospital. She said how late and I said about 20-25 mins thats how long GPS gave me. So when I do get there she calls me while I’m the parking lot and I say we are here trying to find a parking spot . She said ok. We made upstairs only for them to tell me I would have to reschedule. Now this would not have been an issue if I lived closer. I live near downtown. It was a good distance for me to drive and hard for me to find because I am unfamiliar with the area. When I called and said I would be late at that time the lady in the office could have said well u know if u are not here by this time we will have to reschedule u. At that time I would have rescheduled because I would have never took a risk driving out there knowing I’m not familiar with the area because I know I would have never made it on time. My daughter was so upset she refuse to go back because she felt like we were being mistreated and they would further mistreat her if she came back because of what happened. We received no apologies just unfortunately due to the fact u were this late u have to reschedule. My daughter will have to surgery because she really nervous about being in this doctors care now. I don’t think they understood how hard it is to get a child to trust doctors when they have already been thru a lot. So if u can’t make your appt on time reschedule don’t make the drive or it will be a waste of time and gas
