Had their service on 9/28/20 when I had colonoscopy. They charged me even though my insurance would pay 100%. It is mid November they still have not submitted it to my insurance company. They told they had three months to file when I called they as to when they were going to file. They got my money so they don't care. They are dragging their feet to file. I don't get reimbursed until they file. It might be widely common practice in medical field. But "you can" does not mean you should. It is just not ethical as a business.
